From your veranda and the balconies you can see your fishing boat (harbour at 50 metres) and go swimming as long as you wish since you are so close to the beach.
The villa has two floors and can accommodate from 2 to 35 persons (group).
On the ground floor there are 2 spacious, end-to-end apartments with a separate entrance each: Maistrali (50 sqm) and Levantes (50 sqm).
Thanks to the position and direction of the building, painted in white, its construction (paved ground floor with tile roof top) and the surrounding trees embracing it, the apartments are always cool during the summer (without A/C) and warm in the winter.
On the first floor you can find 3 studios with kitchenette (about 30 sqm each), 1 triple and 2 double rooms (20 sqm each). Every room has its own bathroom, refrigerator, TV, A/C, table with chairs in a balcony overlooking both sea and mountain.
